Novensy ("we", "us") is a Casablanca-based digital agency operating novensy.com and the associated client portal. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Questions or requests can be sent to contact@novensy.com.

• Information you provide directly: when you submit a project inquiry or create an account through our Get Started / registration form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name (optional), business type, and any message you send us. Once you're a client, your account also includes messages sent through the client portal, service requests, and project details.
• Information collected automatically: when you browse our site, our hosting and analytics tools automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited) and set cookies, as described in the section below.

We use the TikTok Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and understand how visitors interact with our site. This includes:

• Standard event tracking (e.g. page views) via cookies placed in your browser.
• Automatic Advanced Matching (AAM), which hashes (one-way encryption, SHA-256) certain information you may enter into our forms — such as your email address or phone number — before it is sent to TikTok, to help attribute conversions to ad campaigns more accurately. Your information is never sent to TikTok in plain text.
• First-party cookies and enhanced data postback, which share limited website interaction data (such as page content and engagement) with TikTok to improve ad delivery and measurement.

You can control or opt out of this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, TikTok's own ad preference controls, or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance or the EU's Your Online Choices, where available.

• Review and respond to project inquiries and applications
• Verify client identity before granting portal access
• Provide and manage your client portal account, projects, and service requests
• Send transactional emails (registration confirmation, password resets, verification, notifications)
• Measure and improve our advertising campaigns
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of our site

Our legal basis for this processing is your consent (for marketing/advertising cookies), the performance of a contract (portal access and service delivery), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:

• TikTok (analytics.tiktok.com) — advertising measurement and matching, as described above.
• Our email service provider — used to deliver account, verification, and notification emails.
• Our hosting provider — hosts the site and stores account/project data securely.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. Pixel/cookie data is retained according to TikTok's own retention policies.

Our site and services are intended for businesses and individuals old enough to enter into a commercial relationship; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
